no it will not. V6 uses a 164tooth Flywheel and thee V8 uses a 157tooth. Also balance is different.

thanks, got the pan and pickup this am from the salvage yard. they dropped it off to me... thought that was cool of them. I do have some things I need help finding out. I dont have any of the bolts for the alt or PS brackets or ANY of the pulley bolts..... I need to know what the sizes for these are. I did end up getting all my others from ACE hardware... (thanks for the tip) Thanks for the help....

Are you sure you need the dipstick in the pan.. factory is in the block.

If so your going to have to go custom. The stock has a small sump in the front and one in the rear.

I need a rear sump oil pan for a 95 mustang. It needs to have the dip stick in the pan. I also need the pickup tube also dipstick tube and dip stick.....

compare what exactly?? wht not take all the wiring out from under the hood then put the 5.0 in with the wiring it needs?
